w00t! Yet another BIG absence from the web! I'm starting to be kind of irregular, ain't I? Oh well... Right now I'm a little busy checking domain name registration sites to see which domain I could buy next. LOL! I know what you're thinking: "Good ol' Sides can't get to update his main blog, and he's purchasing yet another domain?!". But you know how addiction is, right? :P Ahah.

By the way, I got to warn you that I'm soon switching to Wordpress, because Blogger.com is closing its FTP publishing services. :( *sigh* I hope I'm gonna love that script again... I've had my reasons to hate it in the past...

With my beloved Skywarp we're planning on setting up a couple of trade show exhibits to show off his small company's newly designed items. I'm so glad the little business took off successfully! *_* Awww! I need to tell you more about this for sure in my next entries!!!

So, We still need the table covers and a table top display, but gladly my brother Sunny is going to help with renting some directors chairs for Sky and his team to sit and talk to guests.

In case you don't know what a show exhibit is a show off event where privates or companies present their items, ideas or products to the world, to build knowledge of their stuff in the world's people.

Well, I'm off to sleep now. :) Tomorrow I gotta help my hubby! See you soon.

Sorry about another SO long time without posting no blogs, guys. I really have my hands full lately. :( Starting from the kids, and university, and Sky's colleague Patricia whom we accompanied at a doctor to get a hair restoration surgery just yesterday. We have helped her through this, since she's a good friend of my mate's, and she had been reading through websites before to see how the surgery would work. She felt safer having me and Sky around at the time of the surgery, so it was all well-spent time. :) It's always great to help a person!

So you see, I just have VERY little time on my hands lately. I also haven't been on Lavish.nu (my favourite forum) for weeks... I miss my friends there. :( But oh well, I'll eventually come down to some more online activity again. Patience, darlings ^^ Patience!

First sis Asha, now my auntie too

Looks like my sister Asha is at ease with her new eyeglasses for reading, and she no longer has those annoying eye-pains and migraines. I'm sorry to hear that one of my aunties' suffering from the same problem, though. :( I hope she can find a way out too. Besides, finding eyeglasses for cheaps is not that hard nowadays; I just finished reading an article on examiner.com saying that there is a particular eyeglasses producer around that I mentioned already in one or two of my posts last year, and that is Zenni Optical. It's not hard to get a pair of cheap glasses from that shop: we just need to go on their site, and use the online shopping cart. It works like eBay & co. yeah. And some eyeglasses are sold for $8, so it's a real bargain! So you see, auntie has a lot of choices after all. But since I can't talk to her, I hope mom will do. Oh well..

I can't wait to catch up with my meme's again. XD I've missed writing them so much! Tomorrow I'll get my new Silly Monkey Stories and Mommy Moments up. :) Please don't forget to read and leave nice comments, okay? Thank you buddies!

My hubby just showed me his favourite casino resource site, casino online scandinavia. :) Looks pretty, it includes regulations and laws applicable on casino games and poker, etc. and it's kind of educational too, even for people who don't play. Ah, he's a wise boy, hehe. ;) I hope he can win a lot of money so we can buy the new beds for our kids. Oh, that's gonna be some expense for sure. >.< Anyway, Skywarp is smart and I'm sure he's going to get off with some good money from the games. :P I just won't join him playing at the slot machines, because I'm not good with this stuff, and I don't really like playing anyway. I just entrust everything in my mate, hoping he would win for us all! XD Good luck honey!

Repairs, again

This week has been pretty crazy for me. I had to go on Cybertron to get my timing belt adjusted, and my water pump replaced and it took quite some time. There was a queue of Autobots so long that I have never seen before, and I guess next time it happens I'll just go at Phoenix auto repair to get my stuff fixed instead of my homeplanet. Oh well. I have an exam on the end of January so I'm studying a lot lately. I hope I manage to keep up with my blogs too. Please, bear with me if you don't see me around so much. ^^ Thanks.

A Silly Monkey Story - Mama said "Puff!"

SometimesThat was Illidan to say it to my mate last night. Can you believe it? LOL. XD I was just so tired from all the studying, classes, and the chores, that I puffed loudly enough to get the kids' attention. Miura got up from the playing carpet and came to help me dry the dishes with a towel (darling child!) and Illidan was called by Sky to the bedroom, where my mate was watching TV. Well, after a while, I heard Sky's voice laughing out loud as I never heard him do before. I rushed in to see what happened, and I found him laying on the bed with Illidan at his side, still laughing. When I asked him what's going on he said: "Well, I just asked 'Dan to call you to watch this program on TV, and he replied 'But mama said "Puff!" with an annoyed face." Well, at that point I laughed too. Illidan saw that I was tired and told Sky not to call me because of that, ahah. Dear little one. ^-^ Out of all the fun, it really show how much the kid cares for his mama, doesn't it?

Sometimes I wonder what Miura and Illidan are planning when they get to talk their own way for hours and hours. It's not like they do something bad afterwards, but I see them exploring around together, or messing up with their toys and 'discussing' the discoveries, or whisper something in each other's ear and laugh. They can be so mysterious that sometimes Sky said he's afraid they plan to take over the house. LOL! Even so, I'm glad to see them to close to each other. When people say 'twins are together forever' that's really true. :) I'm a twin myself, and I support that say too.

Mommy Moments - My Mommy Moments

Time for Mommy Moments! :D

For this custom Mommy Moments week, I chose to tell you more about my relationship with my adopted daughter Miura.

Since the day she became my daughter, I've felt a special attachment to this little bundle of joy, something more than just the joy to have a daughter; I could say it was like a sort of empathy that flows between me and her: we felt we could entrust our love in each other, without fears or regrets. And so we did.

Miura is very attached to me now, much more than her brothers are. We spend free afternoons doodling together, watching cartoons, singing and dancing on music. Those activities involve her brothers too, of course! but the 'connection' between Miura and I is somehow a lot stronger and deeper than the other kids.

Who knows? One day, when she's older, she could say her mommy is her good friend too. ^^ I'm really hopeful for that day.

I'm sorry about not posting the meme's I promised to write! x__x My host has moved servers these days, so I couldn't use my site for some days. Hopefully, I'll get to do some stuff today, since I got very behind on stuff. :P I'm a bit busy right now, reading a tutorial on how to write a personal essay (I need it for university), but I'll post a meme or two before bed, and I'm going to write more entries tomorrow. I got the results from the essays today: I got a 27/30!! :D Wooah so much better than I expected! Thank you prof! x3 And thank you professays.com too for the samples. They saved my life! xD I couldn't live without online educational resources, hehe.

Today I cooked our dinner and it has been a great time. :) It relaxed me a lot, since my brain got its badly needed rest, and I could focus on manual activities. Also, all those wonderful smells, and Sky's smiling face as I was cooking, and the kids cheerfully laughing and playing on the carpet, calling me from time to time. Everything's so perfect today, hehe. ^^

Also, the tickling in my joints has ceased now. The Acura Integra girl I mentioned in one of my previous posts (not saying her name for privacy reasons) drove me quickly to Houston for a 2-hours long repair, and in fact I only really needed a good oil change and lubrification in my joints. Eek! x_x I have neglected my own health too much over the last year, and that was the result. Shameful much.. I hope my kids never take after me, heh... ^^''

Soooo... off to blog hop and write up my weekly meme's now! ;P I missed them, haha!

Gah! I'm so tired today! x( I just fell asleep on my desk, you know... woke up a minute ago and my head feels numb.. *sigh* Even so, I still have two papers and 3 essays to get done by Wednesday. :( Oh, writing essays really gives me headaches, especially when I have so much to do at home. :( Tomorrow I'll go get a few sample essays and get to work with them, since I really don't have the time to start from scratch. I'm glad for these websites with sample that help students, they're real life savers at times.
I'm gonna rush to help Sky get ready for work now. He's got a night shift, poor sweetie. See ya later!

Mommy Moments - Talented Kids

First time joining the Mommy Moments community. ^^ Sounds awesome, so here's my (delayed!) entry for this week.

My 4 children are still too small to express any talents or potentials, but there are a few hints that Sky and I noticed and that could suggest the rising of little personalities. :)

Miura recently showed us her strong interest in drawing and coloring. She can match colors on paper pretty well for her age (17 months), and same happens when she orders plates and toys in a row. She's also very picky with food arrangements: two dismatching colors in her plate can cause her to refuse the meal. It can get difficult with her. ^^'

Illidan shows hints of musical and kinestetical intelligence, since he loves listening to music and dance (he moves pretty good too), but his introverse personality and his resistance to create bonds with his new family (us) makes it all harder to understand. Little 'Dan is still a mystery to me and Sky, and we got to be patient with him.

Stormrod and Roadstar are still too little to see what characters and talents they'll be developing into. Sky and I keep watching over and entertain them everyday though, and so far it seems that little Roadstar has much more loud voice than Stormrod. Our little Stormy (15 months) is a quiet boy, is enchanted by TV and cartoons, and you never heard his voice during the day, unless he gets called. Roadstar is only 5 months old, so you know... still too little. ;) He's a curious little one though, and who knows what a little brat he'll turn into one day. Hehe. He might take after his mommy (me) :P

That tickling in my joints!

It's been some time now... this weird and painful tickling in my transformation engines when I turn into a car and viceversa. :( The 'tickling' in my joints hasn't stopped yet, and it's been a month now, and I thought of going to the Houston auto repair to get a complete check-up. Sky doesn't agree, but I feel like I really need it, as it's been a while since I last checked up apart from pregnancy and all. My brothers Ratch and Doc are busy lately, and Rhinox is away this week, so I might just go to Houston, and since I'm there, I could get a good oil change. That does sound alluring, ahah. :P I'm an Autobot after all, heh. I recently met an Acura Integra (cool Autobot femme!) at the flea market who told me the RepairPal guys pretty good at repairs, and that they can give my engines a good tune up (Primus knows how much I need it!). So well, I might just go, I need to persuade my hubby first though. :P C'mon Sky! You know you want your love to be in full health, so just let me GO, hehe. ^^ *hopeful*

A Silly Monkey Story: Miura and the rug

Just thought it was about time I started my Silly Monkey Stories meme :P Seeing my little angels grow up is much more entertaining than watching movies, ahah! Sorry, no photos for this time.

Two days ago Sky and I passed the vacuum cleaner on the living room rug, and we could finally allow the kids sit on it and play freely. Well, for Miura that simply wasn't enough! She picked her colored markers and started adding her own artwork to the rug decorations. ^^'' Sky scolded her and tried to hide the markers from her, but she wouldn't stop crying so we just let her do at last. Fortunately, the markers are NOT waterproof, so I will get to remove those marker signs next time I wash the rug. Double work, but what can we do? :P It's hard to stop a young artist's creative moods, ahah!

Wow, it seems like my whole family is back to blogging lately. :) Well, that can just be good, right? I also read a blog post written by my little brother Smokey about dad and mom soon installing a Direct TV at home. WOAH! That's some big change! :D I guess dad received his good money from the new job, because we could have never afforded a Direct TV before. I guess that'll be good even with moving, and travelling, as a Directv service is always available via Wi-Fi to portable televisions. Mmmh... good good. :3 I also heard about this from an article about Direct TV in Texas, where this kind of service is widely used. I hope we get a good one in Italy too.
Now that I moved out with Sky several months ago, the possibility of a direct TV is just a very far dream still... but I hope one day we get to make our dream come true. ;) I'd sure like my kids to watch Cartoon Network rather than the crap on current digital TV. Bleah! xP

Scrapbooking... my next hobby?

Yep, most of you know already that I love making origami, but I kind of feel the need to make my hobbies list longer. :) To fight boredom? Perhaps! But it's also the natural need for change that characterizes all of us, hehe. ^^

So, what about scrapbooking?? I heard from mommies who enjoy it weekly that it can turn into some pretty interesting activity, not just to make our own photo frames, album covers, etc. but also to make blog layouts. :D And hey! That's nice! Some of my friends in my blogroll do this regularly, and I'm in love with their blog layouts too! x3

Where can I go to learn how to scrapbook?? Please link me to some resources, I truly need them!!!

Sky and I are thinking of submitting a free free press release to announce our upcoming free layout and link button service. :D What do you think? May it work?
I've been practicing on layout making during these past few months, in my spare time, and Sky has gotten really good at designing link buttons. I'll make sure to post a few examples soon, so that you may see the proof of our hard working. ;)
In the meantime, we're going to write and publish a free press release on free-press-release.com, to announce our ideas to the world. ^^ I'll post up the link soon. Stay tuned!

Ah dear twin bro!

My twin brother just came over and caught me one the computer and shouted at me because he says I'm a lazy 'bot. :P LOL! He can be that silly at times, ahah! Well, I used to be like that too, before I met Skywarp and we got children. So, the silly Sunstreaker just came over to try out his new Xbox 360; he always does that, he tries games and new consoles at my house, so dad won't yell at him if he spent money on trash. XD ahah! Well, he's bought the Xboc from a shop that was listed on ShopWiki.com, so I think he's done a good purchase, and that's not trash at all. He's also come home with the goodness of 3 Xbox games (good money spent, aha ^^). Now Sunny's looking forward to buy some Xbox accessories next month (he's still going to try ShopWiki for that, since he finds the most bargain shops there) and hopefully some new WII games. Oh dear bro... ^^' He's such a kiddo, ahah! XD I love him dearly though, and I hope he doesn't read this last line, or he's gonna kill me :P

Learning AdWords?

Sky told me today that maybe I should start using AdWords with a $30 bonus given by my mom a week ago; to say the truth, I really wouldn't know where to start ^^'' I've never used Google AdWords before and I don't even know if my blog can be used with it. So well... I went looking for an online guide and found one, the Adwords Guide, that seems pretty good for self-teaching. The Adwords Guide costs $37 so it's a good deal. :) I asked Sky if we can buy it and he said perhaps. Aww I hope he lets me! x3 This thing just looks soo cool! Saving up for the kids ^^

Lately, Sky and I are trying to save up as much as possible, because the kids are needing a lot of toys, clothes and food, especially now that they're growing up and they're needing new stuff. So, when we shop, either online and at local shops, we try to use coupons and discounts whenever is possible. Also, we try to get as many online shopping deals and cash back rebates as we manage to, as these programs really make it more fun and cheap to shop. :) Cashback programs like ExtraBux.com give us a percentage of the money we spend back, so that it's like using discounts or spending less than the usual. It's a pretty good program, and I suggest it to all of you mommies and daddies out there, who are dealing with financial troubles. Also, comparison shopping sites help a lot choosing the right web market to save up money.
Anyway, Miura and Illidan are growing up beautifully, and they're going to start primary school in a few years now. Can't wait, hehe. :P They love doodling, cuddling with us, and I especially love Miura's personality: she's so sweet and caring to her brothers, and she always try to help out with house chores. ^^ What a sweet daughter I got! I'm so lucky!
